INVENTORY AVAILABLITY AND NOTIFICATION:
This site is on a live inventory system, it will only let you purchase what is available for immediate shipping. Items not available will be listed with �(On order)�; ETA if known will also be posted in the description.
If *insufficient stock* appears while adding items to the cart, try to reduce the quantity until the message disappears. The site will not allow Check Out if the *insufficient stock* message is present.
If you like to be notified when a product is back in stock or updated, there is a product notification option box in the right side Column of the site.
We can special order items which we do not regularly stock. Please contact us with what you are looking for and we would provide you with availability and cost. Special order items will require a deposit or full payment depending on the item.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Ordering through the site is fast and secure; please follow the prompts and directions from the site. Successful orders will result in an email sent to you automatically confirming the order details. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please log into your account to check if the order has register properly. Please contact us for assistance if needed.
To help us receive your payment confirmation and order details properly, please ensure you return to the store after your payment. This is done by clicking on the return to store button as you finish the payment process.

Credit Cards: Credit Card (CC) can be process through the PayPal system, you do not need to have or open a PayPal account. Select PayPal for payment option and the PayPal site will prompt you as you are redirected. The other option is manual CC processing, this will work by selecting "Money Order" payment option during check out, make a note in the comment box that you would like to pay by credit card and we will contact you to acquire the CC information.
Email Money Transfer (EMT): (Canada only) Please check with your Canadian financial institution to determine if this service is available and information on possible fees. You can also visit www.interac.ca for demos and information. If you would like to use this service, please select �Money order� for payment option during check out. Our EMT address is emt@rcflightstore.com . Please provide the security answer in the comment box as you check out.
Money Order: (Canada only) Order will ship when the money order is received and processed. Please make money order to Ken Lee and mail to address in the Contact Us page.
We no longer offer COD as a payment method.
